Day 1: Tallinn
Arrival in Tallinn. Meeting with the local guide. Transfer to the hotel. Check in. Depending on arrival time - first introduction with Tallinn. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Tallinn
Expanded walking tour of the medieval old town of Tallinn. You visit most important and interesting sights: magnificent city hall, the cathedral, a well-preserved city walls with towers, the guild houses from the Hanseatic period, Holy Spirit Church, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and many more. In the afternoon - trip to the baroque Kadriorg Palace, which Peter the Great had rebuilt in 1718 as a summer residence. Today the castle houses the Museum of Foreign Art. Here you can stroll through the park, before heading further to the famous Song Festival Grounds. The traditional Estonian song festival is on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Overnight stay at the hotel in Tallinn.
Day 3: Tallinn - Helsinki
After breakfast – ferry crossing to Helsinki. Helsinki, the capital of Finland, is a vibrant seaside city of beautiful islands and great green parks. The city’s rhythm is laid back yet at the same time refreshingly active. Sightseeing tour of Helsinki includes Senate Square, the university, majestic Cathedral, the Russian Orthodox Uspensky Church, Market Square, the Church of the Rock, the Finland Hall, and more. Overnight stay at the hotel in Helsinki.
Day 4: Helsinki - St.Petersburg
After breakfast travel with your coach to St. Peterburg. En route visit Vyborg. Have a short tour of the city and visit the famous ruins of Karelian. Arrive in St. Petersburg. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel t in St. Petersburg.
Day 5: St. Petersburg : In the heart of the city
St. Petersburg sightseeing tour will get you acquaint with its main historical and architectural treasures. You will enjoy the panoramic view of the city, it’s splendid sights: numerous palaces and churches, channels, rivers and parks. Then we will explore famous Nevsky Prospekt, the Admiralty and the Winter Palace, former residence of Russian Tsars, the St. Isaac's Cathedral and the Christ-Church of the Resurrection. On the Rabbit Island, we will visit the Peter and Paul Fortress and visit the Church, whose golden lead became a symbol of St. Petersburg. After a visit, you will return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6: St. Petersburg: Hermitage Museum and City Tour
The day is reserved to explore the Hermitage, or the Winter Palace. Today it has more than 3 million exhibits. Afterwards we drive back to the city. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 7: St. Petersburg: Tsarist splendour in Pushkin
After the breakfast drive to Tsarskoye Selo (Tsars’ Village, literarily), the town of Pushkin, famous Russian poet. Then you will visit, Catherine Palace, former residence of the Tsars. This Palace and its Garden is magnificent work of several generations of talented Russian architects, famous sculptors, gardeners, and thousands of craftsmen. The chief ornament of this Palace is Amber Room that during the Second World War was lost, but now is completely reconstructed. Afterwards we return to the city centre. Farewell evening with Russian Folklore. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 8: Departure
Breakfast. Check out. Transfer to the airport. Departure.
